Hey EquiTecs community,

We know change brings questions—and we’re here for all of them! Here’s a round-up of the most common questions we get about the new EquiTecs experience, with clear answers and support links.

 


 

General Rebrand Questions

Is EquiTecs the same as Equi-Tape? Nope! EquiTecs is a fresh start: new protocols, new tape (engineered for horses), new education, new platform, and a new approach—built on truth, science, and transparency. Same leadership (Rebecca, Jen, Pam), but everything else is upgraded.

Why did you rebrand? To innovate freely, follow the science, and serve the equine community with integrity. (See our “Letter from Rebecca” for the full story!)

 


 

Education & Certification

How do I start learning? Pick the Basics Course (for horse owners/non-health pros) or the Certification Course (for those wanting practitioner status or deeper knowledge). All courses are in the EquiTecs App.

What’s included in the Application Library? Step-by-step protocols for everything from muscle relaxation to injury support—always updated, always accessible.

How do I get certified? Complete the Certification Course, submit your case studies, and pass the assessment. You’ll earn higher affiliate commissions and ongoing protocol access.

Are CEUs available? Yes! Our programs are approved by RACE, NCBTMB, NBCAAM (US), and IAAMB (international). Tape is CE and FDA approved.

 


 

Orders, Shipping & Access

Where do you ship? Worldwide! We have direct distribution in the UK, Germany, Slovakia, and global shipping with customs/taxes handled at checkout.

Will I have to pay extra customs fees? Nope—taxes and customs are handled at checkout, so there are no surprise fees or delays.

How do I access my courses/protocols? Log in to the EquiTecs App (Apple, Google, web) with your account. Need help? Reach out anytime.
