At EquiTecs, we are dedicated to excellence in our products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at help@equitecs.com and our team will be happy to address your concerns promptly and professionally.

Returns & Exchanges

Product Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Full product refunds or exchanges are available only for elastic kinesiology tape purchased directly from EquiTecs within the past 30 days.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Environmental Factors: Please note that tape adhesive can be adversely affected by humidity, extreme temperatures, improper storage, or handling. EquiTecs cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of tape purchased from outside sellers or unauthorized distributors.
  • International Returns: For returns outside the USA, a “ship back” fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return or exchange process, email help@equitecs.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and support throughout the process.

Course Sales

  • Final Sale: All EquiTecs course sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any EquiTecs digital or in-person educational courses. Immediate access to course materials is provided upon purchase.

Additional Notes

  • EquiTecs, Inc. has no control over individual customer storage or handling of tape once delivered. Returns or exchanges will not be honored for tape that has been improperly stored or handled after receipt.
  • This policy applies to all EquiTecs products and courses purchased directly from EquiTecs or authorized distributors.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Can I return an opened tape roll?

Only unopened, unused products may be returned for a refund.

My course isn’t working—can I get a refund?

All course sales are final, but we’re happy to help resolve any access issues! Contact us.

How do I return an international order?

Email help@equitecs.com for instructions. All shipping/customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
