Purchase Options

EquiTecs offers a variety of purchase options for both physical products and digital education:

• Physical Products: Single-purchase and subscription options available for select items.

• Digital Education: Courses and digital content are available for one-time purchase or as part of a subscription series (where applicable).

Order Cancellations

• Physical Products:

  • Orders for physical products may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard Return & Refund Policy.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact help@equitecs.com as soon as possible with your order number.

• Digital Education:

  • All digital education sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations or changes cannot be made once access to course materials has been provided.

• Subscription Products:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Access to subscription content will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order or subscription, email help@equitecs.com with your order or subscription details. Our team will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm the cancellation.
